Is
tithing required?
What if you don't have the money? Can you keep a
tally and then pay it when you get a chance? What if you have bills to
pay, will God understand that you need a few weeks to get caught up on
your tithes? |

Can Christians play the lottery?
Is the lottery a form of gambling?
If you win, should the church accept your tithes from the prize money?
What does the word of God say about this?

What are your thoughts on churches with ATM machines in the lobby?
What about coffee shops in the lobby/narthex?
What about ATM machines that are used for tithe payings, within the church?

Would you say, that in the faith-based community, that there is often an issue with paying our brother or sister for a professional service that they provide (graphic design, yard work, hair styling, painting) etc...but if we contracted someone in the regular world, we would pay them exactly what they asked for without hesitation?
Do we fall short in patronizing our brother or sister?
Do we assume that is should be free or discounted from one Christian to another?
Why do we do that?

SURVEY: Scenario, male-married
youth pastor....17 year old female needs ride home from youth group. Is
it appropriate for married males to give rides home if no one else is
in the car with them? Is giving the ride home simply a reasonable
service because of their leadership position? What if the female is
close to the family? Is it appropriate for ANY married person, male of female, to offer rides to the opposite sex if no one else is in the car?Are you a youth Pastor? Have you had to assist with giving teens rides home from church or church activities? Are you a wife or a husband who is uncomfortable with this? GOT SOMETHING TO SAY? LEAVE YOUR COMMENT BELOW.
